Introduction to Microcontroller Programming

Program your Zombie Apocalypse Badge to do your own bidding!

Our Zombie Badge is not just a toy - it’s a fully functional microprocessor programming platform, based around the Atmel AVR ATtiny processor - the baby brother of the Arduino. Anyone with a rudimentary knowledge of a programming language should be able to follow along. If you’re comfortable with programming an Arduino, you won’t have an issue.

You’ll need to bring a laptop capable of running a VMware virtual machine, or a working AVRstudio setup. All other equipment will be provided.

Build Brighton Hackspace

Build Brighton is Brighton's hackerspace - workshop and collective of like minded people who love to make, learn, and invent, using crafts, engineering, and electronics.

We have a 1300 sqft warehouse that members can use 24x7 to realise their designs, and socialise with like-minded folk.

We are a not-for-profit community and all subscriptions go towards paying for the space and providing equipment, amenities and assets for the group.

Membership from only £10 per month.
